What we store
Account details, teaching setup, work you enter, work-time blocks, routines, workload decisions and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service. If you request a beta place, we also store the contact and teaching-context details you submit so we can review your request and contact you about access.
What not to enter
Teacher Sorted does not need learner-identifiable information. Use general labels rather than pupil names or other identifying details.
Who receives data
Supabase stores account and workload data. Vercel hosts the application. Configured analytics and error-monitoring providers receive only limited behavioural or diagnostic information and not task titles or notes by default.
Your controls
You can export your workload data and delete your account from Settings. Contact support@teachersorted.com with a privacy question.
